Roasted again today; enough for a week and a half or two weeks.

I made my usual Sumatran / Ethiopian / Nicaraguan blend, reserving a little of each for single varietal cups. But I also roasted some Java Wild Forest and Celebus to give me some rare varietals as well.

Enjoying a cup of the Celebus for my afternoon coffee now.

In truth, you don't get the best results right after roasting. Generally coffee reaches flavor peak about 24 hours after roasting and then slowly declines from there.

But it was there and I wanted an afternoon cuppa…
